1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HRAxis ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2Description of Service

HRAxis provides a cloud-based human resources management platform that includes features for employee management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, recruitment, and performance management.

3User Accounts

To use the Service, you must comply with the following safety and accuracy standards:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and access keys
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Subscription & Payments

HRAxis offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

Illegal or malicious activities
Transmission of harmful code/malware
Unauthorized system access
Spam or unsolicited communication

5Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HRAxis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in the courts of Uganda.
